Particularly adept at handling materials with viscosity and cohesive powder, this mixer ensures a uniform and efficient blending process.

Innovative Working Principle

Powered by a straight league reducer, the mixer rotor initiates a precise directional rotation. As it spins, the ribbon propels materials along the axial path while simultaneously elevating them into the ribbon's forefront. The outer ribbon consistently drives materials towards the center of the cylinder, while the inner ribbon circulates materials from the center to the ends. This dynamic dual circular logistics ensures a comprehensive and thorough mixing process, achieving optimal homogeneity.

Outstanding Features

* Designed for adaptability, the U-shaped tank's top cover includes a material entrance and can be customized with a spray or liquid addition device to suit specific customer needs. Inside the tank, a robust rotor with cross supports and spiral ribbons ensures effective operation.
* At the tank's base, a centrally located flap dome valve, operable via pneumatic or manual control, prevents material deposition and eliminates dead angles during mixing. The arc design of the valve, coupled with a reliable regula-seal, prevents leakage even with frequent opening and closing.
* The mixer's discontinuous ribbon design significantly enhances the speed and uniformity of mixing, achieving superior homogeneity in a shorter time frame.
* Additionally, the mixer can be equipped with cooling or heating functions, utilizing water for cooling and hot steam or electrical methods for heating, catering to varying processing needs.
