Innovative Working Principle

Powered by a direct league reducer, the mixer rotor performs strategic directional rotations. As it spins, the mixer's ribbon propels materials axially while simultaneously moving them upwards into the ribbon's forefront. The outer ribbon guides the material to the central cylinder, fostering a continuous campaign, while the inner ribbon directs materials from the center to both ends. This orchestrates dual circular logistics, ensuring thorough mixing through constant material circulation.

Exceptional Features

* The U-Shape tank's top cover is designed with an entrance tailored for easy material input and can be customized with spray or liquid addition devices as per customer requirements. Inside resides an axis rotor composed of cross supports and a spiral ribbon.
* At the tank's base, a centrally positioned flap dome valve, operable via pneumatic or manual controls, ensures no material deposit with its arc design. This advanced seal guarantees no leakage during frequent opening and closing cycles.
