Working Principle

Driven by a straight league reducer, the mixer rotor engages in precise directional rotation. During this dynamic spinning process, one ribbon propels the material along the axial path, while simultaneously elevating it into the forefront. The outer ribbon consistently maneuvers the material towards the central cylinder, while the inner ribbon orchestrates movement from the center to both ends. This intricate ballet forms two circular logistics flows, ensuring comprehensive mixing through continuous circulation.

*The U-shaped tank's top cover is thoughtfully equipped with an entrance for materials and can be customized with spray or liquid addition devices to suit customer preferences. Inside, a robust axes rotor, featuring cross support and spiral ribbons, ensures efficient operation.
