Working Principle

At the heart of the High Speed Powder Mixer is a straight league reducer, orchestrating a precise directional rotation of the rotor. This motion is complemented by the ribbon, which moves the material axially while elevating it to the ribbon's forefront. The outer ribbon plays a pivotal role in pulling the material inward to the cylinder's center, while the inner ribbon drives it from the center to both ends. This intricate interplay of movements results in two circular material flows, guaranteeing consistent and thorough mixing throughout the operation.

* The U-shaped tank's top cover includes a dedicated entrance for materials, which can be tailored with a spray or liquid addition system to align with specific customer requirements. Within the tank, the axes rotor, consisting of cross support and a spiral ribbon, ensures effective mixing.
* At the tank's base, a centrally positioned flap dome valve, operable either pneumatically or manually, boasts an arc design that eliminates material build-up or dead spots during mixing. A dependable regula-seal prevents leakage, even with frequent usage.
