Working Principle of the V Mixer

The V type mixer is equipped with a robust motor and reducer strategically placed at one end, ensuring seamless operation.
The motor and reducer are expertly linked via sturdy belts. When powered on, the motor commands the reducer into action, ensuring efficient operation.
The reducer, in tandem with the coupling, rotates the mixer barrel continuously, propelling the material inside to move dynamically in all directions: up, down, left, and right.
This mechanism ensures the powder materials are mixed intensively, achieving a uniform blend.
