Working Principle

Square Swinging Screen Also known as the reciprocating screen, this device derives its name from the motion trail of the screen box. The vibratory force generated by its driving mechanism is an inertial force twining along the dead axle, with its direction changing in a regular pattern. Fundamentally, the square swinging screen operates based on the reciprocating inertial force created by the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the dead axle. The screen surface is positioned either level or inclined (angle of inclination between 0-5 degrees). Upon activation, the screen box executes a reciprocating motion driven by inertial force, causing the screen surface to undergo periodic shaking. This action propels materials on the screen surface to engage in directional jumping movement alongside the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen aperture descend to a lower layer, while those larger than the aperture continue their jumping movement, ultimately discharging from the coarse outlet.
