The V type mixer machine is meticulously designed to blend powder and granule materials that have good flowability and minor property differences. Thanks to the unique V-shaped configuration, materials move fluidly within the mixing container without compromising the integrity of the base material. This makes the V-shaped mixer ideal for handling fragile, easily worn, granular materials, as well as fine powders and block materials with specific moisture content.

Working Principle of the V Mixer

The V type mixer is equipped with a robust motor and a high-efficiency reducer located at one end of the unit.
The motor and reducer are seamlessly connected through durable belts. Once powered on, the motor initiates operations, effectively driving the reducer into action.
The reducer, in turn, rotates with the coupling mechanism, ensuring the mixer barrel rotates continuously. This action propels the material inside the barrel to move dynamically in various directions – up, down, left, and right.
Such dynamic movement guarantees an intensive and thorough mixing of powder materials, achieving uniformity and consistency.
