Working Principle

Square Swinging Screen Known also as the reciprocating screen due to the unique motion trail of its screen box, the Square Swinging Screen harnesses an intricate vibratory force. This force, generated by its driving device, is an inertial force spiraling around the dead axle, constantly changing direction in a regulated manner. The core of this screen is the reciprocating inertial force created by the eccentric wheel's rotation around the dead axle. Its design allows for a horizontal or slightly inclined screen surface (0-5 degrees). Upon activation, the screen box executes a reciprocating motion under inertial force, compelling the screen surface to shake periodically. This movement prompts materials on the screen to jump directionally with the screen box. Smaller particles pass through the screen aperture to the lower layer, while larger particles continue their jumping journey, ultimately being discharged from the coarse outlet.
