The DZSF Linear Vibrating Screen harnesses the power of premium vibrating motors to propel materials onto the sieve, facilitating a linear movement. The Linear Vibrating Screen Sieve is composed of key components including an eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device. Through a flexible coupling, the motor propels the vibrator's eccentric block at high speed, producing centrifugal force that drives the screen box into a circular motion. This dynamic action causes materials on the inclined screen surface to be continuously cast, achieving effective classification.
