The DZSF Linear Vibrating Screen harnesses the power of premium vibrating motors, ensuring materials are efficiently propelled onto the sieve, moving forward in a precise linear motion. This versatile machine can be tailored with single or multiple levels of screening to accomplish a variety of tasks including grading, impurity removal, testing, washing, and dehydration.

The Linear Vibrating Screen Sieve is ingeniously designed with components such as the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device. Through a flexible coupling, the motor energizes the vibrator's eccentric block at high speed, generating centrifugal force and causing the screen box to perform a circular movement with amplitude. Consequently, materials on the inclined screen surface are consistently propelled by the screen box's force, achieving effective classification.
