Working Principle

It is composed of conveyor belt, roller, belt tensioning device, cleaning device and so on. When the materials fall down on the conveyor, the roller under the belt will drive the belt forward. In this way, the material will be sent to the feeding device.

belt conveyor for stone is composed of base band, guard and clapboard, base band appearance is same with ordinary conveyor belt, but the lateral stiffness is bigger: guard is the wavy : clapboard  can be divided into T, C and TC according to its different sections.
