Working Principle Explained

As the screw shaft rotates, the material, influenced by gravity and friction against the tank wall, is propelled forward by the blade. The thrust from materials behind ensures smooth mid-bearing movement.

This results in a sliding movement of materials within the conveyor. To optimize tension on the screw shaft, both the drive device and discharge port are strategically positioned at one end, with the feed port conveniently located at the opposite tail, enhancing material conveyance.
