The DZSF linear vibrating screen is driven by superior vibrating motors, which empower the materials to be energetically propelled onto the sieve, moving them forward in a direct line. This cutting-edge device can be outfitted with either a single or multiple screens to accomplish an array of tasks including grading, impurity removal, testing, washing, and dehydration.

The linear vibrating screen sieve is ingeniously composed of an eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and a supportive device. When the motor operates at a high rotary speed via a flexible coupling, it energizes the eccentric block of the vibrator, creating a centrifugal force. This force propels the screen box into a circular motion with a precise amplitude. Subsequently, materials on the sloped screen surface are continuously propelled by the force from the screen box, fulfilling the objective of meticulous classification.
