The Linear Vibrating Screen Sieve boasts an ingenious design, incorporating essential components like the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and support device. Through a sophisticated flexible coupling, the motor drives the vibrator's eccentric block at high velocity, generating centrifugal force that prompts the screen box to execute a circular motion with amplitude. As a result, materials on the inclined screen surface are consistently and effectively propelled by the screen box's dynamic force, achieving superior classification.
