Working Principle

Powered by a high-precision straight league reducer, the mixer rotor executes a precise directional spin. This action causes the ribbon to advance materials axially, lifting them toward the front. The outer ribbon guides materials to the center of the cylinder, while the inner ribbon pushes them from the center to the ends. This constant cycle generates dual circular flows, resulting in an impeccable, uniform blend every time.

* The U-shaped tank's top cover includes a material entry point and can be customized with spray or liquid addition systems to meet customer preferences. Inside the tank, a durable axes rotor with cross support and spiral ribbon guarantees thorough mixing efficiency.
* The tank's base features a centrally positioned flap dome valve, operable through pneumatic or manual controls. Its arc design prevents material build-up, ensuring no dead angles. The dependable regula-seal ensures no leakage during frequent operations.
