Working Principle

Square Swinging Screen Also known as the reciprocating screen, this ingenious device is named for the motion trail of its screen box. Driven by a vibratory force, it creates an inertial force that winds around the dead axle, changing direction with precision. At its core, the square swinging screen generates a reciprocating inertial force via the eccentric wheel's rotation. The screen surface can be arranged either level or inclined (0-5 degrees). Once activated, the screen box performs a reciprocating motion, prompting the screen surface to shake periodically. This action causes materials to jump directionally, with those smaller than the aperture descending to the lower layer, and larger particles being discharged from the coarse outlet.
