Working Principle

The linear vibrating screen is ingeniously designed with components like an eccentric block, screen box, motor, and supportive device. A flexible coupling connects the motor to the eccentric block, spinning at high speeds to generate centrifugal force. This force causes the screen box to move in a circular motion, casting materials across the inclined screen surface to achieve efficient classification and grading.
