Working Principle

Square Swinging Screen Also known as a reciprocating screen, the Square Swinging Screen derives its name from the motion trail of its screen box. The vibratory force generated by its driving mechanism acts as an inertial force that wraps around the dead axle, changing direction in a specific pattern. The reciprocating inertial force, stemming from the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the dead axle, is the core of this screen. Depending on the design and working principle, the screen surface can be set horizontally or inclined (with an inclination angle of 0-5 degrees). Once activated, the screen box undergoes a reciprocating motion under inertial force, causing the screen surface to oscillate periodically. This movement propels the materials on the screen to undergo directional jumps along with the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen aperture fall to the lower layer, while larger materials continue to jump and are discharged from the coarse outlet.
