Working Principle

Powered by a high-precision straight league reducer, the mixer rotor executes a refined directional spin, propelling the ribbon to move materials axially, elegantly lifting them forward. The outer ribbon efficiently draws materials towards the cylinder's heart, while the inner ribbon skillfully pushes them from the center to the extremities. This unceasing cycle fosters dual circular flows, guaranteeing a flawless, consistent mix every single time.

* The U-shaped tank's top cover features a thoughtfully designed material entry point and can be adapted with spray or liquid addition systems to meet customer preferences. Inside the tank, a powerful axes rotor with cross support and spiral ribbon ensures optimal mixing efficiency.
