Square Swinging Screen - The Ingenious Reciprocating Screen Also known as the reciprocating screen, its motion trail resembles a square swing. The vibratory force generated by the driving device creates an inertial force that winds along the dead axle. This force changes direction in a precise, regular pattern. The core of the square swinging screen lies in the reciprocating inertial force, driven by the eccentric wheel's rotation around the dead axle. Depending on the structural characteristics and working principle, the screen surface is arranged either level or with a slight incline (0-5 degrees). When activated, the screen box undergoes a reciprocating movement due to the inertial force, causing the screen surface to shake periodically. This movement propels materials on the screen surface to jump directionally with the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen aperture fall to the lower layer, while those exceeding the screen aperture continue jumping and are discharged from the coarse outlet.
