The DZSF Linear Vibrating Screen employs highly efficient vibrating motors as its power source, ensuring materials are energetically thrown onto the sieve and propelled forward in a precise linear motion. It can be configured with a single or multiple layers of screens to effectively achieve objectives like grading, impurity removal, testing, washing, and dehydration, offering a versatile solution for diverse industrial applications.

The Linear Vibrating Screen Sieve is comprised of key components including the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and support device. The motor, through a flexible coupling, drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high speeds, generating centrifugal force that propels the screen box into a circular motion with the desired amplitude. This motion enables materials on the sloped screen surface to be continuously cast by the screen box's force, thus efficiently achieving the classification of materials.
