Working Principle

The Linear Vibrating Screen is ingeniously constructed from an eccentric block, a durable screen box, a high-performance motor, and a supportive device. Through a flexible coupling, the motor drives the vibrator's eccentric block at high speeds, creating centrifugal force. This propels the screen box into a circular motion with notable amplitude. Consequently, materials on the sloped screen surface are continuously cast by the force of the screen box, achieving seamless classification and precise grading.
